Luxury Villa Flamboyan

The Villa can be rented for holiday accommodation (not for parties, gatherings of large groups). Clean bath towels and bath towels every other day. Bed linen is changed weekly.
The villa is a non-smoking villa!!!!
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available. ( 200 MB)
In the villa there is a safe so that you can safely store your valuable documents, you set the code of the safe yourself.
The villa is equipped with every comfort and a lovely swimming pool of 9m by 4m for private use.
The use of gas is also not charged.

Not included in the rent is the use of electricity and water. We will take the meter reading with you and settle the consumption with the deposit. In order not to chase you with high costs, we use a deposit of 500 euros for rentals up to 4 people, for more than 4 people the deposit is 650 euros. Without the knowledge of the landlord, to receive extra guests in the villa for overnight stays, you will be charged the full price per night. This will also be deducted from the deposit.
For stays of more than 7 nights, we  will charge you for an intermediate cleaning. After your stay at the villa, a mandatory final cleaning will be charged. These costs must be paid at the time of booking. This also applies to the tourist tax of 7% so that we can pay it to the recipient of the island.

In consultation we can provide a shopping package for the first day upon arrival. 
There is also a possibility to rent a car through us. Through mediation sometimes possibility of discount. (depending on rental period) If desired, the car can be delivered to Hato or to the villa.
For a fee we can also offer you a transfer, on arrival we will pick you up and on departure we will take you to Hato.
