In May 2023 we (Patrick & Willeke) purchased this beautiful plot, the former Schooneboom plantation. After weeks of hard work to make the ground visible again, we have started building our mini resort and our own picking garden! The four wooden Finnish chalets that we had already brought with us from the Netherlands have now been built, painted and furnished. The four existing apartments have been completely renovated. You may have seen us at the Roer om.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or e-mail).
The following conditions apply:

In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rent is
In case of cancellation from the^42nd day to 28 days before the day of arrival, 60% of the rent is due.
In case of cancellation from the^28thday to 7 days before the day of arrival, 90% of the rent is due.
In case of cancellation from seven days to the day of arrival, 100% of the rent is due.
If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental price will be due
In case of cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded.
