In the middle of a small gated resort surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden you will find this luxurious and spacious penthouse. The stairs on the side of the building lead you to the hall which opens into a spacious and bright living room & fully equipped open kitchen with sliding glass doors to the covered living porch. The living room has a smart TV, a surround system and a very comfortable sofa to enjoy a movie to the fullest if you want to. The open kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook and chat with your friends and family at the same time. Enjoy your morning coffee from our Nespresso machine or host a dinner party and become a chef or even better, hire one!
The penthouse consists of 3 bedrooms with comfortable king-size box-spring beds and with adjoining bathrooms with toilet, sink and rain shower. The first two bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the ground floor. Here you will also find the washing and drying machines. (However, drying is only recommended in the rainy season). On the mezzanine or second floor you will find the third, coziest bedroom of the house with en-suite bathroom.
The resort itself has a beautiful tropical garden with various palm trees and tropical plants. In addition, in the middle of the complex there is a communal swimming pool with sunbeds that you can use.
The penthouse is located in the very popular and lively area of Jan Thiel with the beautiful and well-known Jan Thiel beach / Zanzibar just a 5-minute drive away. You will also find a wide range of restaurants in the surrounding area. You can also enjoy walking in nature in the salt pans of Jan Thiel or, if you prefer water sports, diving on one of the many beaches or sailing on the Spanish Water.
There are also several supermarkets in the vicinity such as the small Van Den Tweel near Papagayo with longer opening hours or Esperamos or Vreugdenhil supermarket. There are also some mini-markets near the house, in case you have forgotten something. So there is plenty to do!
Please note that privacy and tranquility are guaranteed and respected on the property.
