Penthouse Tropicana

In the middle of a small gated resort surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden you will find this luxurious and spacious penthouse. The stairs on the side of the building lead you to the hall that opens into a spacious and bright living room & fully equipped open kitchen with sliding glass doors to the covered living porch. The living room has a smart TV, a surround system and a very comfortable sofa to enjoy a movie to the fullest if you wish. The open kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook and chat with your friends & family at the same time. Enjoy your morning coffee from our Nespresso machine or host a dinner party and become a chef or even better, hire one!

The penthouse consists of 3 bedrooms with comfortable king-size box-spring beds and adjoining bathrooms with a toilet, sink and rain shower. The first two bedrooms with bathrooms are on the ground floor. Here you will also find the washing and drying machines. (However, drying is only recommended in the rainy season). On the loft or second floor you will find the third, cosiest bedroom in the house with en-suite bathroom.

The resort itself has a beautiful tropical garden with various palm trees and tropical plants. In addition, in the middle of the complex is a communal swimming pool with sun beds that you can use.

The penthouse is located in the very popular and lively district of Jan Thiel with the beautiful and famous Jan Thiel beach / Zanzibar just a 5-minute drive away. A wide range of restaurants can also be found in the area. You can also go for a lovely walk in the nature in the salt pans of Jan Thiel or, if you prefer water sports, dive on one of the many beaches or sail on the Spanish Water.

In the vicinity are also several supermarkets such as the small Van Den Tweel at Papagayo with extended opening hours or Esperamos or Vreugdenhil supermarket. There are also some mini markets near the house, should you have forgotten anything. So there is plenty to experience!

Please note that privacy and tranquility are guaranteed and respected on the property.
That means parties are not allowed.

*Water & electricity consumption (this will be deducted from the deposit)
*Final cleaning at € 175,-
* Intermediate cleaning at €75 (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
*7% City tax
