Payment

• Deposit: 30% within 3 days of receipt of the rental agreement.
• Remainder: 70% no later than 42 days before arrival.
• Last-minute bookings: When booking within 42 days of arrival, full payment (100%) must be made within 3 days of receipt of the rental invoice.

Cancellation

• In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival, the tenant pays a fee of 30% of the agreed rental price;
• In case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed rental price; In case of cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed rental price;
• In case of cancellation within one month before the start date, 100% of the agreed rental price.

Bail

A deposit applies to each rented accommodation. At the end of the rental period, Droomvilla will refund it within 7 days, after settlement of any damages. If applicable, additional costs, such as the consumption of water and electricity, will also be deducted from the deposit.

Insurance

Droomvilla always recommends taking out travel and cancellation insurance with world coverage. This protects you from unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations, medical emergencies or damage during your stay. Good insurance offers peace of mind and prevents financial risks in unexpected situations.
