You will stay at a small-scale holiday park in a beautiful, new, sustainably built holiday home in Sint Maarten in North Holland. The park is located in the green, on two ponds. You can use some of the park's fun facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool, a playground, a sports field and a jeu de boules court. The house has a nice garden and is fully equipped for 6 people. The beach and the sea are only 6 km away, so bring your bikes!

Layout holiday home

On the ground floor are the beautiful living room with sitting area, TV and dining table, the modern and fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a separate toilet. The first bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink are also located on the ground floor. Through the patio doors you can step onto the terrace and into the garden. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 separate beds) and a second bathroom with walk-in shower and a double sink. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. The house is sustainably built and is completely gas-free.

This lovely luxury holiday home has a private barrel sauna. The barrel sauna provides optimal relaxation. Away from the hustle and bustle and really enjoy the coast of North Holland to the fullest.

Environment

The holiday home is only 6 km from the beach and the sea, so you can cycle there in no time. The area is quiet, wide and green and the park is located against 2 small lakes. The golf course of Dirkshorn is 2 km away and Sint Maarten is an ideal starting point for a bike ride through North Holland. There are also several walking routes departing from Sint Maarten. The Zwanenwater nature reserve is a fifteen-minute drive away. The cities of Schagen, Alkmaar and Amsterdam can be discovered from here and from Den Helder you can take the boat for a day trip to the Wadden Island of Texel.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation

In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival, the holiday-maker pays a fee of 40% of the agreed price to the entrepreneur.
In case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price; In case of cancellation within two to one month before the effective date, 75% of the agreed price;
In case of cancellation within one month before the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price;

Deposit

A deposit may be charged for the rented accommodation. At the end of the rental period, Droomvilla will refund it (after settlement of any damages) within 7 days. If applicable, the consumption of, for example, water and electricity will be settled with this.

Insurance

Droomvilla advises the tenant to take out travel and cancellation insurance (possibly with world coverage).
