Enjoy Saalbach Top D1 is a wonderfully renovated apartment in Saalbach, on the Jausern descent and within walking distance of the ski bus stop and several restaurants. There is a lovely garden with a view of the mountain peaks. Both in summer and winter it is wonderful to spend a holiday because of the many activities in the region.
Layout holiday home
The apartment is on the ground floor of a modern complex in Saalbach. The apartment building is built against the mountain, so that the house is lower than the entrance. From the entrance you descend two floors via the stairs to the ground floor.
The living room is nicely furnished with a comfortable sitting area. Adjacent to this are the open kitchen, which is fully equipped, and the dining table with space for 6 people. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is equipped with a double sink, shower, bath and toilet. In the second bedroom there is a double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
From the living room you step onto the lovely terrace and into the garden. Here is a nice garden set and the garden is fully demarcated, so also suitable for small children and pets. There are two parking spaces and there is a basement box of 8m2.
Surroundings
The center of Saalbach and the supermarket are 4 km from the apartment. Here you can enjoy all the beauty that Saalbach and the surrounding area have to offer in both summer and winter. Skiing, hiking, quad biking, climbing, mountain biking, swimming, there is plenty to do, for young and old.
Especially in winter, Saalbach is a very popular winter sports destination with an extensive ski area together with Leogang, Fieberbrunn and Zell am Zee.
