Cozy Cocobana Apartment 16 is located on a small-scale secure resort in a central location in Curacao.

This cozy apartment is located in the middle of a tropical garden. The apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms with hot water shower. The living room with open kitchen is adjacent to the balcony where you can enjoy a fresh breeze. The balcony overlooks the communal pool, where you can take a refreshing dip or lounge on one of the sunbeds. There is a laundry room with washing machine that you can use.

The apartment is centrally located in the Cas Grandi district and the well-known Jan Thiel beach / Zanzibar is only a 5-minute drive away. In the area you will also find a wide range of restaurants and water sports options.

In the vicinity are several supermarkets such as van den Tweel supermarket, Esperamos Supermarket or Vreugdenhil supermarket. There are also some mini-markets near the house, in case you have forgotten something. So there is plenty to do!

Please note that privacy and tranquility are guaranteed and respected on site.
This means that parties are not allowed.

Prices do not include:
*Water & electricity consumption (this will be deducted from the deposit)
*Final cleaning at $125,-
*Intermediate cleaning at $50 (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
*7% Tourist tax
