The villa is located near the Spanish water, and a 5-minute drive from the beach of Jan Thiel.
In November 2019, the villa was completely repainted inside and out and equipped with 2 new smart TVs with digital channels Netflix and Apple TV, there is also a Sonos sound system where you can choose your own music via a tablet mounted against the wall. or if you have music on your own ipad or phone, you can connect to the system and play your own music, or listen to internet radio. There are also various charging points for your devices via a USB connection in the wall in the bedrooms.
There is camera surveillance for your safety, security drives around regularly.
