Casa di Amor is a new holiday home with a private swimming pool and large garden. (Built in 2023) It is an attractive home where you can completely relax. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood called Grote Berg. Just 7 km from the airport, and on the route to the most beautiful beaches on the island. In 17 minutes you can be on the beautiful beach of Daaibooi or Porto Marie. At the beginning of the district there is a beautiful restaurant called Bali where you can enjoy delicious food.

The space:
The house has two parking spaces.

Outside you can enjoy a large dining table under the so-called Palapa.
There are also two hanging chairs here, where you can relax. Here you can sit in the shade with a gentle breeze to cool off.

The swimming pool (5 by 3 meters) is equipped with lighting, the color of which you can set yourself.

The living room and bedrooms have well-functioning air conditioners.

The house is equipped with 110 and 220 volts.

The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 luxurious double beds.

In addition, the house has a SMART TV, including 200 international channels (IPTV), but of course it also has NETFLIX, Disney, Videoland, HBO and YouTube.

Other important information:
All prices are excl. 7% tourist tax. Water and electricity are scarce and expensive in Curaçao. We recommend using this sparingly. The costs for consumption during your stay will be deducted from the deposit.

No parties or events allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the property or under covered areas. Pets are not allowed. Suitable for toddlers and children under adult supervision. Turn off the air conditioning when you leave. Please take good care of your keys, lost keys will result in charges. Be careful with the furniture, you will have to pay for damages that exceed the deposit. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

The house is protected by surveillance cameras. If this is not desirable, the administrator can disable it on site. In addition, the site is completely walled and enclosed, so you can relax and unwind without any worries.

I am Anouk Kroeze. Since 2016, I have regularly visited the beautiful island with my family. When I am not on the island, I would like to give other people the same feeling as what I experience when I am on Curaçao.

Explanation of prices

Payment must be made as follows:
- 40% of the rental price, deposit and final cleaning within 3 days of receipt of the rental agreement.
- Remaining payment no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. Power and water consumption is calculated on the basis of subsequent calculation and will be deducted from the deposit to be refunded.

Amount Payment deadline: Down payment (= 40% of rental price, deposit, tourist tax and final cleaning) € Payment within 4 weeks before arrival Unless otherwise agreed, all payments must be made to the landlord's account number. The paid deposit will be returned to the tenant within 2 weeks of departure after inspection of the property by the manager.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period from 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 100% of the rental price; Up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, you will lose the 40% deposit.
