Explanation of prices

The rental price of Euro 140 is based on a stay for 2 people. Each additional guest costs Euro 15 per person for a maximum of 4 people. for children up to 10 years old is free.
Minimum length of stay is 7 nights
The use of water is free when used normally for a family. if abused there will be a cost of 10 per cubic meter.
Electricity is prepaid, buy your own electricity. When you come in, you must provide the meter reading, take a photo and send an app to see what is on the meter reading. and when you leave the house you must leave the meter in the same position. and forward photo on app. If you do not notify us, it will be deducted from your deposit and the rest will be refunded to you.
