Villa Milamor is a modern, new villa, centrally located on the island.  The villa is located in the cozy and popular district of Harmonie, near 'Grote Berg'. 
Grote Berg is a quiet and fairly new neighborhood, ideally located in the middle of the island and near some of the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao, such as Playa Porto Mari, Daaibooi, Blue bay and Cas Abao. The popular beach Mambo beach can also be reached by car within 20 minutes and Jan Thiel beach within 30 minutes. In addition, Hato Airport can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
The area offers a perfect balance of serenity and accessibility, with restaurants, shops, and nature reserves within easy reach. Grote Berg is known for its cool breeze and friendly community, making it an ideal location for holiday stays.

Spacious plot and plenty of parking space
The plot of Villa Milamor is 700m² in size, fully fenced and accessed via an automatic gate. At the front there is plenty of parking for several cars. The villa itself offers 155m² of living space.

Comfortable and luxurious furnishings
Upon entering you immediately enter the attractively furnished living room with a comfortable lounge sofa and smart TV. Adjacent you will find the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a cooking island and all modern appliances, such as an American fridge, dishwasher and microwave. From the living room you can step straight onto the covered terrace, where there is a comfortable lounge set, dining table (6 pers.) and sunbeds overlooking the garden and the spacious swimming pool.
The villa is fully equipped including free wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, Queen size beds in all three bedrooms, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a cot (on request) and you name it.
