Conditions of stay and information

Minimum and maximum stay:
The minimum stay is 1 week and the maximum stay is 6 weeks. You can still use the house on the last day of your stay.

Security:
For stays up to two weeks (14 nights) the deposit is €400. For each additional week (or part thereof), €100 will be added to the deposit. Water, electricity and any damage costs will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay.

Rules:
It is not allowed to hold parties, gatherings or pool parties. In case of violation of this rule, the security of the park can evict you from the house without refund.
You can use the BBQ for free, but please leave it clean. If the BBQ is not clean, we will charge a €35 cleaning fee. A gas bottle is sufficient for about two grills and can be purchased from Kooyman for about €10.
Smoking in the house is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed. 

Indication of water and electricity consumption based on 2 people:
Water: 4 m³ per week at €9
Electricity: 125 kWh per week at €0.75

Including:
Linen, beach towels, freezer and washing machine.
Free WiFi, available in and around the house.
Regular European plug for 220 Volt.

Prices & Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before departure, 50% of the total invoice will be charged. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before departure, you will only receive the deposit back.

Airport transfers:
We offer the possibility to pick you up to and from the airport, for up to 4 people. An additional fee of €75 will be charged for this service.
You also have the option of booking a rental car through us, subject to availability!
