Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. The master bedroom gives access to a nice balcony with a luxurious 2-person rocking chair. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

(minimum stay = 5 days)

Up to 4 adults (and 1 infant or toddler)

The price includes bed linen, towels (1x per week change of bed linen), OB and final cleaning. For stays longer than 1 week, extra cleaning is possible in consultation with the manager (at an additional cost).

Water consumption is included. Electricity is based on cost price and will be deducted from the deposit of € 250.00.

Policies & Notes
- 25% to be paid at the time of booking.
- Remaining amount to be paid 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Guidelines
- 100% paid prepayments will be refunded if cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
- 50% prepayments paid will be refunded if cancelled 31 days before arrival or earlier.
- 0% refundable if cancelled later.

A security deposit of € 250.00 is due on arrival (transfer or cash).
