Our fully furnished holiday villa Kasita Bunita (Papiamento for "beautiful cottage") is available for rent for your holiday. A beautiful house, a large terrace, a lovely palapa and of course a private swimming pool will make your holiday complete!
The property:
The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, nice spacious living room with a modern interior, open kitchen, large covered porch (32m2), swimming pool (3x6 mtr and 1.75 deep) and a beautiful large palapa with a lovely lounge set. There is good and free internet available (also in the garden and under the palapa).
The house is detached and stands on a plot of over 530m2. So you have a lovely spacious garden at your disposal. The (rental) car can be parked on site.
The bedrooms:
The bedrooms each have 2 box-spring beds of 90 by 200 cm. which are linked, but can also be separate from each other. The bedrooms have more than enough closet space, both have air conditioning and both bedrooms have their own bathroom (with hot water). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and has shutter windows with mosquito nets. The second bedroom also has its own shower and toilet.
The interior:
The living room is modernly furnished and equipped with 2 easy chairs and a two-seater sofa, a TV (with chromecast) and radio/CD player are at your disposal. In the living room there is more than enough cupboard space for books or other items. With your laptop or tablet you can receive and watch programs on the TV via the internet. HDMI cables are available.
The kitchen:
The kitchen has a luxury American fridge with an ice cube and cold water dispenser. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and of course more than enough pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. If you don't feel like cooking, grab the BBQ, or you can go to one of the many restaurants in the vicinity.
And further:
Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and beach towels are provided in abundance and their use is included in the rent. There is an iron and ironing board available. There is a washing machine in the utility room, which is free to use.
The house is wonderfully located on the wind.
The garden is tastefully decorated with beautiful flowering plants and shrubs. It is a coming and going of birds that sing to you all day long.
The garden, porch and palapa have wonderful places for every moment of the day where you can either sit in the sun or in the shade. There's something for everyone!
General:
The house is not equipped for babies and small children. Also, because of the swimming pool, the house is not suitable for children without a swimming certificate.
