This attractive 4-person villa at Villapark Fontein is playfully decorated and deliberately different from the classic holiday villa. This is not about sitting inside. Open the doors, take off your slippers and enjoy.
The centerpiece of Kas Harmony is the spacious covered porch, where inside and outside flow into each other almost automatically. Waking up quietly in the morning with breakfast at the table, after the beach plopping down in the shade and sitting outside for a long time in the evening. Exactly how vacation on Curaçao should feel.
Extra cozy is the open kitchen with bar and bar stools. Sit down for a cold drink, prepare something together for dinner or just hang out at the bar while someone else cooks. It gives Kas Harmony a nice, loose atmosphere and makes the house just that little bit different.
And of course there is its own private swimming pool. Ideal for a refreshing dip after a hot day, but just as nice when you decide not to go anywhere at all and just stay at your own villa for a day.
Kas Harmony has two bedrooms with new comfortable beds, both air-conditioned. In addition, there is a beautiful and well-kept bathroom. You won't find a traditional living room here — and you probably won't miss it either. The porch, bar and outdoor area together form the living space of the house.

Kas Harmony also has a special location. Together with Kas Symfony, Kas Karkó and Kas Kibrahacha, the villa is located on the same very spacious shared plot at Villapark Fontein.
As a result, these houses are not only nice to rent individually, but also ideal when you want to travel to Curaçao with family or friends.
By combining several houses, a group of up to 12 people can stay here wonderfully close to each other. Going out together during the day, having a nice meal or drink together and then just going back to your own house, bedroom and privacy.
As far as we are concerned, one of the best ways to celebrate a holiday with a larger group: together, but not all together in one house.
Villa Park Fontein
Kas Harmony is located on the secure Villapark Fontein, in the middle of the quiet and green Banda Abou. From here you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao within a short time, including Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi.
In the area you will find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Corá you will find supermarkets, a bakery, ATM and gas station. There is also a beautiful nature reserve around Fontein with various walking routes.
The villa park is accessible via a barrier and there is 24/7 security.

Villapark Fontein is located near the most beautiful beaches of Curacao. In the vicinity of the park you will also find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Cora there are several supermarkets, a gas station, an ATM and a bakery. The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve where several hiking trails are indicated. The park is secured by a barrier and there is 24/7 security.
**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM), as sent with the booking confirmation**
Payment:
- A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge. After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
- From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
