Living room / open kitchen:
The living room has 4 large French doors. There is a TV, TV cabinet, corner sofa, a coffee table, and a cupboard where you can store your belongings.

Kitchen:
The open kitchen is fully equipped. You have a fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Furthermore everything is present, from cutlery to pans.

This bathroom is accessible from the living room, and features a walk-in shower with hot water, a toilet, sink and a towel rack.

Covered terrace

Our spacious porch of over 40 square meters, has a 4 seater dining table with lovely chairs, you will also find a spacious lounge set, where you can enjoy the peace in the evening.
And of course not to forget, a barbeque that you can use.
Even when it rains, you can sit outside.

Swimming pool:
The pool (with lighting) is 6m x 4m, and at the deepest point is 1.60m deep.
You can also sit in here because there is a seat in it.

Garden:
The garden is spacious, and equipped with tropical plants. There is a banana tree, palm trees, oleanders, silver plants, bougainvillea and a coconut palm. Only they are not yet fully grown, because we only recently planted them.

Storage:
The storage is private for us as the owner. There is a washing machine available, which you can use, in consultation with our manager.

Driveway:
There is room for 2 cars on the driveway.

General:
Our whole house has shutter windows, which you can open, and you can enjoy the fresh air, making the use of the air conditioning is not even necessary.
Our entire house is also equipped with 220 volts.
We also have WIFI, so you can be reached at all times, with your own laptop, tablet or telephone.
We would like to point out that our house is not rented for (pool) parties and parties.
