Discover your own private paradise in our detached apartment located on a hill in Barber on the quiet western part of sun-drenched Curacao.

This charming apartment is equipped with a large mineral pool of 40m2, not only good for your skin but also offering you an exclusive experience as you share it only with the owner.
Please note: for safety reasons we do not recommend our apartment for families with small children. Our preference is for adult guests looking for a serene holiday experience.

The apartment consists of two comfortable bedrooms (1x2p and 2x1p) with both wall fans and air conditioning, a combined living room/kitchen and compact but functional bathroom with shower (hot water supply) and toilet.

Thanks to the favorable location on the wind and shutter windows, air conditioning is usually not necessary, which contributes to a natural and energy-efficient lifestyle.

The apartment is equipped with modern amenities such as WIFI, Smart TV, Apple TV and sufficient 220v sockets.
The living room/kitchen is equipped with a spacious double-door refrigerator, combination microwave, toaster, Senseo, induction hob and kettle.

Your (rental) car can be parked safely under a carport on the closed grounds
In addition, there are beach chairs and beach towels available for your use as well as a cool box.

If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature and overwhelming views, this is the ideal place. There are 3 terraces around the apartment where you have plenty of privacy.

Within just 12 minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches and bays of the island including Cas Abao, Porto Marie, Daaibooi, Lagun and Groot and Klein Knip

The village of Barber is approximately 20 minutes from the airport and has 2 supermarkets, a local Sunday market, ATM and gas station, making your basic needs within easy reach.

We, Caroline and Willem, emigrated to Curacao in 2021
We found our dream house on the western part of the island in the village of Barber, about 12 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches on the island.
After 2 years we have completed the furnishing and expansion with an apartment and large swimming pool.
Good to know :
Lexa and Dolly, 2 sweet females, walk on our property. They don't come in.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant returns to the rented property on the agreed date
cannot, will or will not accept, he must inform the landlord accordingly
to be notified immediately.

A telephone notification of this
must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in a period of up to 6 weeks
before the start date of the rental period, it remains 30% of the rental price
owed; for cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to
start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
informs you that you will no longer use the rented property
he owes the full rental price.
