Discover your own private paradise in our detached apartment located on a hill in Barber on the quiet western part of sun-drenched Curacao.

This charming apartment is equipped with a large mineral pool of 40m2, not only good for your skin but also offers you an exclusive experience, as you will only share it with the owner.
Next to the pool is an outdoor shower.
Please note :for safety reasons we do not recommend our apartment for families with small children. Our preference is for adult guests who are looking for a serene holiday experience.

The apartment consists of two comfortable bedrooms (1x2p and 2x1p) with both wall fans and air conditioners, a combined living room/kitchen and compact but functional bathroom with shower (hot water supply) and toilet.

Thanks to the convenient location on the wind and shutter windows, the air conditioners are usually not necessary, which contributes to a natural and energy-efficient lifestyle.

The apartment is equipped with modern amenities such as WIFI ,Smart tv , Apple tv and plenty of 220v sockets.
The living room/kitchen is equipped with a spacious double-door refrigerator, combi microwave, toaster, Senseo, induction hob and kettle.

Your (rental) car can be safely parked under a carport on the enclosed grounds
In addition, beach chairs and beach towels are available for your use as well as a cool box.

If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature and overwhelming views then this is the ideal place. Around the apartment are 3 terraces where you have plenty of privacy.

Within just 12 minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches and bays of the island including Cas Abao, Porto Marie, Daaibooi, Lagun and Groot en Klein Knip

The village of Barber is about 20 minutes from the airport and has 2 supermarkets, a local Sunday market, ATM and gas station so that your basic needs are within reach.

We, Caroline and Willem emigrated to Curacao in 2021
We have found our dream home on the western part of the island in the village of Barber, about 12 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of the island.
After 2 years (2023) we have finished furnishing and expanding with an apartment with a large swimming pool.
Good to know :
On our property Lexa and Dolly are 2 sweet females and recently also
Pablo a black dachshund. They do not enter.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant has purchased the leased property on the agreed date
cannot, will or will not accept, he must be the lessor of this
immediately.

A telephone announcement of this
must always be confirmed in writing or by email to landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks
before the start date of the rental period, he remains 30% of the rent
indebted; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the
start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
