We would like to welcome you to Villa Ayana Blau, a stylish villa with a fantastic swimming pool. The villa is spacious, modern and fully furnished and fully equipped. We have furnished our villa with care and love and hope that you will experience a warm home and holiday feeling just like us.
The villa is located on the beautiful, green and 24/7 guarded villa park Fontein.
Villapark Fontein is located in a green area near the most beautiful beaches such as Porto Marie, Cas Abou, Rif Sint Marie (Karakter).
Villa Ayana Blau has a spacious porch with a lovely swimming pool with lots of privacy.

Porch (terrace):
On the covered porch is a beautiful dining table and lounge sofa. There are also sunbeds to relax by the pool. The porch is equipped with an outdoor shower.
The beautiful swimming pool is about 1.60m deep. The pool runs on full solar energy.
Covered Lounge
On the side of the house is a cozy covered lounge area with lovely sofas where you can relax with a drink and a snack.

The villa has a spacious living room, open kitchen with cooking island, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms incl. toilet, a separate storage room to put the suitcases, among other things. And a separate storage room in the garden where, among other things, the washing machine is located.
Free WiFi/internet is available.
The villa is detached and has a large spacious garden.
The entire house is equipped with shutter windows including mosquito nets, so that the wind can blow through the villa.
Bedrooms (3):
2 bedrooms both have a beautiful 2-person box spring (180x200).
The smaller bedroom also has a 2-person box spring of 160x200.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, mosquito net and plenty of closet space.
Living room:
The living room is attractively decorated. There is a 3-seater sofa and coffee table. A sideboard with smart TV where you can watch TV via the internet or Netflix via your own account. The living room is equipped with atmospheric lighting. Which also invites you to spend an evening on the couch watching TV. There is a dining area where you can also sit comfortably and if necessary also offers a good "home" workplace.
Kitchen: The living room is connected to the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer (water and ice cube function), 5-burner gas stove (with wok burner), microwave, combi oven, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, air fryer, coffee maker/Senseo, kettle and hand blender.
Crockery, pans and cutlery are sufficiently available.

You can also use the washing machine, ironing board/ironing board and a safe.
We have a gas and a coal BBQ. So you can choose.
For the beach you can use the cool box with cooling elements.
The house is equipped with 220V connections. Hot water comes from a boiler.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided, sufficiently. (No beach towels)
🚗It is recommended to rent a car during your stay.
In the town of Tera Kora, 5 minutes from the park, there is a supermarket (New California). The doctor, pharmacy, gas station and an ATM are also present there. The beautiful beaches where you can dive and snorkel are a very short distance away. Cas Abao is a 10-minute drive away, Playa Porto Mari is 15 minutes and Daaibooi is 10 minutes. Willemstad is just as Hato Airport is a 20-minute drive away.
