Villa Piedra

Our beautiful, spacious detached villa with a living space of no less than 275 m2 is located on a plot of 550 m2. There is a completely private swimming pool of 6 x 4m2 and a fully covered porch of 18 m2. You immediately feel at home! Layout; spacious hall, living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a veranda with large dining table. The property is fully walled and there is ample parking on site. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a smart TV and of course free WiFi.


Three bedrooms have 2 single beds and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink.

There is 220V throughout the house.

The villa is located in the "Grote Berg" district. A safe and quiet neighborhood, located in the middle of the narrowest part of the island. Close to the airport and Willemstad, but above all very close to the most beautiful beaches on the island! Such as Portomari, Cas Abou, Daaibooi and Kokomo and a little further to Westpunt you will find eg Grote Knip, Lagun, Kalki and Piskado.

Grote Berg is named after the Grote Berg country house, which is still there. The name of the country house may not refer to the large mountain present on the site on the route from Willemstad to Westpunt. It was so named because Grote Berg was one of the few country houses with an upper floor.

Although it is a quiet residential area, there are supermarkets and nice restaurants a short distance away. In the district itself, within walking distance, is Bali where you can eat delicious. Just outside the district you will find De Buurvrouw and Landhuis Daniel. There are so many nice places to eat or drink. With less than 10 minutes in the car you will find a unique spot at Willibrordus. Known for the famous Kabritu burger. Along the way you will also pass the flamingos in the salt pans at Jan Kok.
