Book now for the period April 25 to May 7, 2024 with a 20% last minute discount in this beautiful spacious (new-build) 2-6 person holiday villa with its own swimming pool and lots of privacy (lots of vegetation around the garden). The villa is located at Villa Park Fontein, a unique, green, quiet and comfortable residential and holiday park in a hilly area. The secured villa park consists of attractive homes that have been architecturally designed. With both permanently occupied villas and second homes of owners who have had their dream holiday villa built at Villa Park Fontein. The spacious 6-person villa is fully equipped and stylishly decorated with our own diving photos: the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, shutter windows with mosquito nets to let a nice breeze flow through the house and ceiling fans. So you can choose how you want the cooling. We expect that you will sleep wonderfully on the (1 person) box-spring beds and wake up rested by the singing of the birds in the early morning. There is also a lovely and inviting swimming pool, equipped with a bench, massage jets and LED lighting for a playful atmospheric effect in the evenings. On the fully covered porch (with fan for cooling) you can dine at the 6-person table with a view of the beautiful garden and the setting sun towards the sea, or relax on the lounge set. In the garden there is a large palapa (parasol) made of palm leaves, under which you can relax on a lounger. The garden is decorated with different types of palm trees, cactus, aloes and bougainvillea, which attract the hummingbirds. There is a place for divers to hang wet diving gear to dry, and they can also be rinsed first at the outside tap under the drying area. In addition to the 2 bathrooms (with shower and toilet), there is also an outdoor shower. One of the bathrooms has a shower chair and grab rail near the toilet, so that disabled people can also enjoy their holiday in Villa Flamingo! The house is virtually barrier-free and can be reached with a walker via the front door and via the rear terrace: this is all on one level and paved.
The car can be parked on site. The private property is completely fenced and can be locked. Our manager lives close to the park and is available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a carefree holiday. The house is located in the part of the park that is now fully built up. There are other areas that will be further developed in the coming years. Parties and larger groups of guests are not allowed in the house. This is also in view of any inconvenience to other guests at Villa Park Fontein. You agree to this when booking. The use of drones is also prohibited in the park (you must apply for a permit in Curacao to use a drone).
