Our more than fully equipped holiday villa Kasita Bunita (Papiamento for "beautiful house") can be rented for your holiday. A beautiful house, a large terrace, a lovely palapa and of course your own private swimming pool will make your holiday complete!
The house:
The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, nice spacious living room with modern furnishings, open kitchen, large covered porch (32m2), swimming pool (3x6 m and 1.75 deep) and a beautiful large palapa with a lovely lounge set. There is good and free internet (also in the garden and under the palapa).
The house is detached and stands on a plot of over 530m2. So you have a lovely spacious garden at your disposal. The (rental) car can be parked on site.
The bedrooms:
The bedrooms each have 2 box-spring beds measuring 90 by 200 cm. which are connected, but can also be separated from each other. The bedrooms have more than enough cupboard space, both have air conditioning and both bedrooms have their own bathroom (with hot water). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and has shutter windows with mosquito screens. The second bedroom also has its own shower and toilet.
The institution:
The living room is modernly furnished and equipped with 2 easy chairs and a two-seater sofa. A TV (with Chromecast) and radio/CD player are at your disposal. The living room has more than enough cupboard space for books or other items. With your laptop or tablet you can receive programs via the internet and watch them on TV. HDMI cables are available.
The kitchen:
The kitchen has a luxurious American refrigerator with an ice cube and cold water dispenser. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and of course more than enough pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. If you don't feel like cooking, grab the BBQ, or you can go to one of the many restaurants in the nearby area.
And further:
Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and beach towels are widely available and their use is included in the rent. An iron and ironing board are provided. There is a washing machine in the utility room, which is free to use.
The house is wonderfully exposed to the wind.
The garden is tastefully decorated with beautiful flowering plants and shrubs. There is a coming and going of birds that sing to you all day long.
The garden, porch and palapa have lovely spots at any time of the day where you can sit in the sun or in the shade. Something for everyone!
General:
The house is not equipped for babies and small children. Because of the swimming pool, the house is also not suitable for children without a swimming diploma.
