This charming cozy bungalow is located on Villa Park Fontein, in the green hilly landscape of Bandabou and one of the oldest and largest historic plantations on the island.

Villapark Fontein Curaçao is centrally located on the island, at a comfortable distance from the bustling and historic Willemstad. On the edge of the quietly located Banda Abou, and just across "the border" of the western pure nature part of Curaçao. In the middle of more than 3000 hectares of natural landscape with a huge network of well-marked hiking trails that have been created by the "Unique Curaçao" foundation.

Villapark Fontein Curaçao is also close to the largest nature reserve "Christoffel Park Curaçao" and very close to the most pristine beaches. Discover the area's aquatic adventures with kayaking and scuba diving nearby; but also the beautiful beaches of the former Manor Porto Marie and "secret" little playa Hunku, and the public beach of Daaibooi with its large colony of pelicans.

The bungalow offers a comfortable veranda to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner at the large dining table. Or hang out under the palapa that provides a comfortable lounge sofa to relax in the shade during the day.

This bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a comfortable corner sofa, so you can read or watch TV at your leisure. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you need during your vacation.

The pool offers you a welcome cooling off from the sun. The pool is illuminated, the water is nice and cool and there are sun loungers for sunbathing.

We are Serge and Marie-Claude, two French-speaking Quebecers from Canada. We are passionate about diving. We have become dive masters and diving has guided our journeys for the past 20 years. That's how we discovered Curaçao, this beautiful and enchanting island. It was literally love at first sight. The richness of the seabed, the beauty of the beaches and landscapes and the mix of cultures. Nothing but positive! That's why we decided to settle here in 2024.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation conditions.

This bungalow has a basic rent of € 95 per night for the first 2 guests. Per full week you get a special price of €599/week. Each additional guest pays € 25.00 p.p.p.n. extra. This must be paid at the time of booking.

Minimum stay 1 week, maximum stay 6 weeks.

Deposit for stays up to two weeks (14 nights) €400,-, every week (or partial week) longer there is an additional €100 deposit;
Water, electricity and any damage will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.
Holding parties/gatherings/pool parties is prohibited. In case of violation, you can be evicted immediately by the security of the park, without refund.
Smoking in the house is prohibited.
No pets allowed.

Indication of consumption of water and electricity 2 persons:

Water: 4 m3 per week at € 9
Electricity: 100 kWh per week at € 0.75

Cleaning:

Final cleaning €100
For stays of 3 weeks or longer, there is a mandatory small cleaning of €60 from week 2, every 2 weeks.

House cancellation policy:

Costs for cancellations up to 6 weeks before departure: 50% of the invoice sum. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before departure, only the deposit will be returned to you.
