The villa is situated on an enclosed 620 m2 plot. Through the entrance hall, you reach the light living room. The house has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a guest toilet. There is also an open kitchen and a laundry/storage room. At the front of the house is a driveway for four cars. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The bedroom windows, the kitchen window and the sliding rear doors have shutters.
The back doors open onto the covered porch and terrace. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills, the Caribbean and in clear weather you can even see the coast of Venezuela.
