Casa Chill with private pool

We would like to welcome you to our brand new holiday home Casa Chill. It was built in 2021 and is located at Villapark Fontein in the quiet part of Curacao. Close to the most beautiful beaches, nice sights and good restaurants.

The "Casa"
Our house with private pool and lovely porch has an area of over 100 m2. It is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts. The wind can blow through the house through the shutter windows. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Wifi and 220V sockets are available. It is possible to park several cars at the house. In the garden there is a large palapa with a spacious lounge sofa where you can relax in the shade with a nice cocktail or cold beer. The swimming pool of 6 x 3 meters is 1.70 meters deep and provides a wonderful cooling.

Living room
The fresh living room has a sofa, TV, side table and sideboard. With your laptop, tablet or smartphone you can watch TV via the internet. Various books and games are available.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances such as a fridge/freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, Senseo, microwave and dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery and pans are plentiful.

Bedrooms
The casa has 2 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds of 160 x 200. In 1 bedroom, the bed can easily be split into 2 beds of 80 x 200. You can easily store all your belongings in the large wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with an economical and quiet air conditioning.

Bathroom
This is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with hot water and a toilet. The granite top with basin gives plenty of space for your own toiletries.

Salvage
Here you will find a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron. In the shelving unit there are various items that you can use, such as a cooler, beach chairs, air cushions, water shoes and a grill plate.

General
Kitchen linen, towels, beach towels and bed linen are plentiful. The house is not equipped for small children and because of the swimming pool it is not suitable for children without a swimming certificate.

Environment
At 5 minutes by car you will find a bakery, small supermarket, ATM and gas station. Don't feel like cooking yourself? There are several good restaurants in the vicinity of our house. At 10 minutes by car you are at Curacao's most beautiful beaches 'Cas Abao' and 'Porto Marie' or you can enjoy the free accessible beach 'Daaibooi'. From our house you can take beautiful walks in the nature reserve of Fontein. The park is only accessible via a barrier and there is 24/7 security.
