WHY A HOLIDAY APARTMENT IF YOU CAN ORDER FOR THE SAME MONEY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL.

The Villa is centrally located on the island of Curacao in the urbanization Kashutuin. (Near manor Daniel) Within a few minutes you will find several beaches where you can sunbathe well, snorkeling and diving. Additionally, you are 15 minutes away in Willemstad, capital of Curacao with the famous pontoon bridge and many shops and cafes.

Our detached house has a spacious living room with a five meter high ceiling which cools. Besides the living room is the open kitchen, fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave. All bedrooms are equipped with beds, air conditioning and blackout curtains.

At the rear of the house is the pool, a large secluded garden with lots of privacy, a cozy porch (covered terrace) and the large terrace beside the pool. The porch can be closed by a gate for children so that they can go to the pool.

The house can be parked two cars on private property.

Diver found within 20 minutes drive about 20 severals duisites where they can dive from the beach.

Price from 17 Euro per person per night. (At 7 pers.)
The base rent for use of one bedroom is € 75 (for 2 persons / one bedroom). When using two bedrooms € 90 and using three bedrooms € 105 (excl. 7% room tax). For 7th person is charged € 7. Compare these prices with a comfortable hotel. Costs for final cleaning fee of € 35 per stay.

Extra price information

Price depends on the number of people you want to stay in the house. Price below is based on 2 persons (with the use of a bedroom). This price includes water and electricity (fair use), kitchen and bedroom linen and two towels per person per week.
From 3rd person a surcharge of EUR 8 per night.
For the final cleaning we charge 35 euros.
The government of Curacao obliges us 7% room tax to charge.

A dream, a house came out with its own pool on Curacao. Antilleandream. We have lived in the past more than four years in Curaçao. Back in the Netherlands we got a bit homesick. Additional information

We do not rent cars. When booking we give you an overview of the (reliable) options. You can (expensive) rent at the international rental companies with offices at the airport, but you can also hire local companies that deliver the car at your arrival at the airport. Rents from Naf 55 (all incl) per night.

When you book with us you will receive a plastic card of the island in A4 format. We have mentioned this, our personal notes. Where is the supermarket, the doctor and where are the beautiful beaches. Snorkeling with Tuttle? With luck, we show you the way.
