Enjoy fantastic sunsets with a sundowner, swim in the secluded pool, grill fresh fish or meat at the barbecue on the back terrace - all of this is possible in this dream house on the hill. Enjoy the privacy. Each room has its own bathroom. The house is ideal for families or several couples who rent the house together. The most beautiful beaches of Curacao (e.g. Lagon, Grote Knip and Playa Kalki) are around 10 minutes by car.

We, Gabriela, Gertrud and Klaus-Peter, spend many months of the year in our beautiful house. We are at home, in Bremen/Germany, neighbors and now also in Curacao. We chose a house in the rural area of Curacao. It's quiet here, you have a lot of privacy and the most beautiful beaches are close by. We are still fascinated by the wonderful sunsets that can be observed in different formations every evening.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price of 120 euros per night is for 2 people. Each additional person costs 10 euros. Electricity and water are charged according to consumption. Together with the housekeeper, the meter readings are read at the beginning and end of the rental period and the difference is billed to the tenant. We calculate as follows: 1 KWh = 0.50 euros; 1 m3 = 6 euros. Key loss/destruction will be charged at 10 euros per key. Destruction/loss of the electric gate opener will be charged 60 euros. If the rental property or furnishings are destroyed/damaged by the tenant during a guest's stay, this will be charged to the tenant.
