Villa Bellavista is a newly built holiday home on a private fenced plot of 4500 m2 in the village of Markovac, about 14 km from Porec and 11 km from the sea. In Visnjan, 2 km away, you will find the nearest shop, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and much more.

The house was built in 2014., is surrounded by greenery and offers a beautiful panoramic sea view. Outside the house there is an outdoor saltwater swimming pool, sun loungers and shower, 2 covered terraces with seating set, a summer kitchen with a stone barbecue, a covered area with table tennis, table football, billiards and darts, as well as a swing, trampoline, goals for football (small) and an attractive gravel path available for mountain bikers. There is parking for two vehicles in the garden.

The owner of the house is a famous Istrian winemaker. His family home and wine cellar are only 50 meters from the villa, so he is always available for his guests.

Villa Bellavista is suitable for 6 people, with a living area of 130m2. The house is equipped with modern furniture and consists of a living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living room with beautiful panoramic sea views and access to a covered terrace and swimming pool. In addition to the living area, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom and exit to the terrace and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine there is a spacious bedroom with access to the terrace with garden furniture and beautiful views, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Youth groups are not allowed.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to the Villa Travel booking and rental conditions holiday homes, which you will receive upon confirmation of the booking.

The most important 2 parts of this are Cancellation and Payment:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in time.

We ask for a deposit of 30% (to be paid in advance and directly via a payment link from Mollie). The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
