There is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet with a washing machine. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace, which is equipped with seating and a dining table.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, also with private bathroom, satellite TV and air conditioning. One room has access to a terrace with a seating area.
The swimming pool of 32 m2 has a large, spacious sunbathing area with sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa is completely surrounded by greenery, so you can enjoy privacy and views of olive trees and Mediterranean plants. From the pool there is a beautiful view of the unspoiled nature of Istria. In this villa you will really unwind, enjoy the terrace with a glass of wine, sunbathe by the pool with your favorite book or just hang out with family and friends.
Each room is air-conditioned and has a Wi-Fi signal. Private parking is available in front of the house. Groups of young people are not allowed.
