Casa Nikolina, a pet-friendly house for 8 people, is located in a small village near the town of Buzet. It offers its guests two swimming pools, an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool.
In another building on the property there is a garage and a tavern of the same owner. This building is closed and not in use. Guests have complete privacy on the property.
On the fully fenced garden, guests have access to an outdoor infinity pool with hydromassage and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and Učka, the highest peak in Istria. Guests can enjoy the covered seating area, the barbecue, sun loungers and several covered parking spaces.
In the yard, exclusively for guests of Casa Nikolina, during the summer months, there is a vegetable garden with an abundance of organic vegetables. By arrangement with the owner, it is possible to visit and prune the olive grove of OPG Krbavčić, pick olives, or simply enjoy a picnic in the olive grove with a tasting of OPG Krbavčić products.
The Buzet area is suitable for an active holiday, as it is crisscrossed by numerous hiking and cycling trails, and there is a paragliding starting point nearby, as well as climbing rocks and countless other opportunities for day trips. Buzet is famous for the Istrian truffles, a delicacy offered by local taverns.
The casa is for max. 8 people consists of a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two twin rooms and two bathrooms.
In a separate part of the ground floor, which can be reached via stairs from the inside or through doors directly from the outside, there is an indoor swimming pool with hydromassage and the possibility of heating the water. There is also a relaxation area with sun loungers and a wine fridge with local wines, as well as a separate toilet.
PLEASE NOTE: The indoor pool can be heated at an additional cost of €70 per week. The indoor swimming pool is available all year round.
