Villa Ripenda is an attractive holiday home with swimming pool and jacuzzi, located on the edge of a forest near Rabac. Located in a quiet area on a hill above Rabac, it offers guests a peaceful environment and a chance to enjoy the surrounding nature. The beach in Rabac is just a few minutes drive away, as is the town of Labin, where you can find supermarkets, a market, restaurants, traditional taverns, pharmacies, bakeries, petrol stations, a bus station and more.

The spacious garden is equipped with numerous facilities for relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi, an indoor summer kitchen with a barbecue and dining table, sun loungers, umbrellas, two covered parking spaces, a table tennis table, swings for the children and two outdoor fitness machines.

The property consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two children, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a foosball table and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our rental prices are subject to the Villa Travel booking and rental conditions holiday homes, which you will receive upon confirmation of the booking.

The most important 2 parts of this are Cancellation and Payment:
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In case of cancellation by the Renter, the following costs will be charged:
- up to 56 days before departure: the deposit:
- Day 56 before departure or later: the full rental fee.
3. The day on which the written cancellation is received by the Lessor is decisive.
4. The Renter is recommended to take out cancellation insurance in time.

We ask for a deposit of 30% (to be paid in advance and directly via a payment link from Mollie). The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before departure.
