The house is located on the edge of the forest on a fenced plot of 863 m2 and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: a 42 m2 swimming pool, sun loungers, a well-kept lawn, a fireplace with a covered terrace next to the pool and 2 parking spaces. For those who prefer to spend their holidays in the not too hot months before or after the summer season, the pool can be heated on request.

The villa can accommodate 6 guests is a modern, newly built holiday home with a living area of 153 m2 and spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and access to the terrace, pool and garden, fully equipped kitchen and separate toilet. On the 1st floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a beautiful panoramic view of nature. The whole house is air-conditioned and has strong Starlink internet.

The special thing about the villa is the large, fully fenced outdoor area where children can play carefree.
