Imagine, you are sitting on your deck enjoying the sunset over the Kornati archipelago, this could be reality, if you "Villa Zizanj" would rent for your vacation.
The living room has a sofa bed for two additional people.
Linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and everything you need to cook.
For colder weather there is underfloor heating.
The villa will not be rented to different groups or families, in order to ensure complete privacy.
The villa is built on a 47,500 sqm private olive grove, on an island. It has 580 m of private beach and a 4x10m pool with infinity line. It is surrounded by 300 m2 of terraces, all with sea views. On one of the terraces is a very big BBQ.
In the pruning season 10maart until April 15, and the olive picking season from 10 October to 10 November, it is possible to participate in these two activities, and then enjoy a delicious free lunch and dinner in the olive grove or on a the terraces. During this period, we offer a lower rental rate.
Away from Zadar air port is +/- 35 km from Zadar airport by taxi to Biograd, here we pick the guests by boat and bring them to the island Zizanj +/- 20 minutes by boat.
When guests arrive by car, we have a guarded parking lot in Biograd, 6 euros per day for cars and 10 euros a day for car and trailer.
Zizanj doo is a company specialized in producing very hoogwaarwdige extra virgin olive oil. The company was founded in 2004, and the 665 olive trees have been planted this year. In 2014 we started with tourism, and we do everything to pamper guests and take care of everything, so that the guest is not 100% satisfied but teminste 110%. The few lucky guests had already Zizanj, did not want to leave the island and the villa, they wanted to stay put.

This is an open plan living, kitchen with Italian design, teak table and chairs. Modern eco leather sofa, solid mahogany coffee tabel. In the kitchen everything is provided, to comfortably enjoy.
The five bedrooms have solid mahogany furniture. The mattresses are medical and ergo, and have a breathable mattress protector, which are refreshed after each guest There are three pillows per customer, for abdominal / back and site, here are also a pillow protectors, which are refreshed after each client All this to offer the highest possible comfort to the customer In each room there are two duvets and a thin fleece blanket.

There are two full separate kitchens available in Villa Zizanj in both kitchens is everything and more present, than you will expect.
