In 2013, we as a family [Wouter, Anita and sons Winston and Adrian] decided to completely renovate the dilapidated house. Anita has enjoyed many wonderful summer holidays here with her parents, who come from the region. And we would like to pass this experience on to our children. We use the house for our family and friends. We would like you to enjoy this for a fair price.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The minimum rental period is 1 week.
Bookings please at least 2 weeks before the start of your stay.

Prices include:
Cleaning [On arrival and departure];
Electricity [based on 40 KWH per day] and water;
Linen;
And tourist tax.

After booking, a standard Micazu contract will be sent to you.
Full payment must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 weeks before the start date of the rental period.
After this, costs will be charged.

The travel time is about 2 hours.

BY CAR:
The travel distance is + / - 1600 Km.
On the route to Croatia are the following [transit] hotels:

Pirovac contains the natural phenomenon of a bay that is indented 10 kilometers to the mainland. This means that the sea is always a few degrees warmer than elsewhere.

There are 5 beaches of which LOLICc and STARINE are the most famous.
There are also many hidden bays for those who prefer more privacy.

Lolic:
Most popular pebble beach in the south-west of Pirovac.
Typically, the sea here is very gradual which makes it ideal for children.
In addition, there is a large catering and recreation offer.

Starine:
On the east side of the northeast side there is a beach for ieamnd that is more quiet.
The beach is covered with concrete slabs and has fewer shadow spots.
There is a solid supply of catering and recreation here.

There is also the Makarina beach on the south side.
This is a place rich in curative mud with anti-rheumatic properties.
