This beautiful newly renovated lodge is located on a small-scale, super safe resort. For convenience, the cottage is located near the communal swimming pool and has the fully covered terrace facing the garden. It is ideal for private sunbathing because in terms of privacy you are also in the right place here!

Waterlands Village is about a 5-minute drive from Kralendijk, and is perfectly located to reach both the north and south of the island, supermarkets are also a 3-minute drive away, and the favorite Te Amo beach is within walking distance.

This lodge has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room with adjoining kitchen, a lovely large porch, outdoor shower, rinse tank and private parking.

Everything you need is a large fridge and freezer with cold water and ice cubes, a washing machine, air conditioning both in sleep and living room. In the park there is a communal swimming pool to cool off! The house also has mosquito nets on the doors and windows. In short, you can enjoy yourself here!

My name is Greetje, I have been living on the beautiful island of Bonaire for 11 years now. I'm originally from Drenthe/Twente, which is in the Netherlands. I love nature and that's why we live in the middle of it now, but not too far from all the shops, restaurants and beaches. I live here with Jeffrey and our pets such as chickens, turtles, cats and dogs. When you book at finest apartments you will sometimes come across them for a pet or 2.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, the tenant will still owe the full rent.
