My name is Greetje, I have been living on the beautiful island of Bonaire for 12 years now. Originally I am from Drenthe/Twente, which is in the Netherlands. I love nature and that's why we now live in the middle of it, but not too far from all the shops, restaurants and beaches. I live here with Jeffrey and our pets such as chickens, turtles, cats and dogs. When you book at finest apartments you may come across them for a pet or 2.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
