Had certainly been desired, stay what a super nice house with the possibilities! We have planned to go. During spring / summer with friends to the house
The only downside we can think of is that "only" four smaller bedrooms. Because the size of the house (especially in the summer when you can go out) probably lends itself to more people, we are thinking of children. And there is no place for today's bedrooms (when I look at our family over).
Anyway, that's more of a luxury problem!
So thanks for the fine weekend what we had (with snow!), And who knows a future booking!

Thank you for your deposit. We have the self equally awaited and not thought.

We have read the guest and were planning to be in writing, but forgotten.
So we will come back ...

We had a relaxed stay. The living room is very atmospheric, so we also felt at home. Our compliments for this.
We and our friends had a quiet bijkomweekje. We have a few days use of the gourmet set, which was very cozy.
The dog has freely walked around in the woods. Ideal.
We have made a number of walks, widely read and evening fireplace and a game or a movie.

A house where we come back with our family (5 plus 2 friends) again, but in a different season. It seems nice to be able to stay outside on the veranda.

I will also recommend the house to family and friends.

After a long search, we have another tip to remember: we can find a garden hose (to spray the bikes). However, was of minor importance and that hose we just borrowed from the neighbors ...

What a great house, we have particularly enjoyed even next year and want to book again. Should you need to look the appropriate weekend next year but it has pleased us very well.
The weather was also quite top so that was nice.
We have of course the bbq lit so we do not recommend restaurants.
We have 4 activities done at www.rhmbuitensport.nl
Fun activities, not too expensive and well arranged. The bbq taken from them, very satisfied.

Cap Vert protrude like us. Outside the house was great, the location superb, we had great weather. For Belgian and Dutch concepts
So tips for a nice restaurant or a trip we have unfortunately not. We have spent a lot of water and what we have done is walked a lot and there are of course very suitable for the Ardennes.
The charger did we see already and so I think the previous tenant.

 We found it in one word fantastic!

The weather was perhaps a little less, but not made the stay less. Very much enjoyed by the outdoor stove.

We had very nice with our children and four grandchildren.

Many walked according to the wildlife park, the war museum and several times went to La Roche.

And then the house; great! All we could think was present. Even small plastic spoons for our little granddaughters.

Hello Rob and Erica,

 
Had a great Easter weekend in Cap Vert, what a beautiful house, so big and nicely decorated, and, importantly, comfortable beds (which we do have different ones).

We have lovely walks, the canoes and the kids have been in sports activities Barvaux, a large park with abseiling, climbing walls, ropes course, karting, quad biking and a lot more.

The dam and lake Nisramont are also very nice. You can choose to walk 1.3 km through the forest or a walk of 13 miles around the lake. We have chosen the short walk, the walk of 13 km you should expect 5 to 6 hours, and it was later in the afternoon so it did not.

All in all a great weekend, we will definitely come back to Cap Vert.

We had a super day! Too bad it was Wednesday and Thursday colder weather and we did! Not jackets with us!!
Really smart!
 
Monday afternoon on arrival were the kids straight into the canoes, they found it great!
What we also found interesting is the war museum in La Roche, even the kids have walked hours.
We have been working on educational immediately .....
Furthermore, we have mostly idled nice and we settled down for what a rest around the house.
At home we noticed that there is so much noise around us was, and we do not even live in the city.
.
The space in and around the house, the rest, it's really delicious! We lit a fire every night; super cozy!
We have already looked for the summer, but in the period that we have holidays, the house is already occupied.
Maybe next year!!
 
From the beginning of the booking so far we find the perfect treatment.
We will definitely go back!

It's a huge cozy dwelling in terms of interior completely match to the style that we have at home.
Usually the holiday houses in the Ardennes supplied with the 'junk' that no longer use the home owners.
For you, everything is recent and of good quality and whatever you might have, but need it's all there.
The fact that the garden was fully enclosed, was both our dog Zico as for the children of my sister a big advantage.
We could let them play outside. With confidence

Partly because of the snow we arrived early in the Christmas spirit - a cado'tje :)

Upon entering we immediately saw that the walls have changed - the raw wood is beautifully chosen.

After two wonderful weeks in your home, Cap vert, in the Ardennes
we are back home. We really enjoyed the house and the garden area
We had super weather occasionally a bit too warm, but the house was nice and cool weather
The children also have great fun in the garden and in the water but also within, really Super!
We do not make, because the water was too low no canoe was prohibited only in the first week as being on the doorstep and a canoe upriver there it's just a bit deeper
also visited many things in the environment is very beautiful there! And of course BQ in the garden
And ned.elftal followed, pity no world champion

It was a very nice holiday!
The holiday we found very nice and spacious.
 
We have heard a great story of your neighbors (last house on the river) on the history of the previous owners (a Walloon and a camp boss). Very exciting.
It was apparently a very known "cremerie" (ice cream).
 
The children enjoyed a movie and one of you for books. And the games were great. We had lots of board games with yourself, but we have not done much with it.
 
The kitchen was super, what a luxury!
We have the house fully cleaned up, but thanks to the play area (where we left our shoes) and the good weather that was great.
 
We have one beautiful but tough hike done from the home. If you come on the road past the campsite you come to the main road. There you go 10 meters to the right and then straight up into the forest. At the top you come to a hiking trail right where you left going towards La Roche. Be careful it is a very tough climb, but my mother has 3 bridges (= 71J) survived, albeit with breaks.
 
We had to do a lot more; Houtopia, wildlife park etc. but the time was too short.
We have been in La Chouffe, but it is a silent affair. There will be guided tours of the brewery, but for that you reserve. A short walk there, but the smell of the brewery dominates the beautiful surroundings, shame.
The castle is fine for children to play and it seems in the summer evenings very nice. From the castle you can see a cozy terrace with pink umbrellas in La Roche, as we drank something and the kids have also played on the lawn.
The Spar has good products, especially the meat is delicious there. And for souvenirs there is a shop with lots of beers in the center of La Roche but you will already have known. You can buy there beer on the meter as a gift.
Thanks for the refund of the deposit. That we will be happy for the next holiday in La Roche use, but we see that it's been pretty busy this summer.

It was a very pleasant stay in your apartment. Everyone was overwhelmed with the wonderful comfortable living room. If we can give a small point of improvement would be the water pressure in the showers, but this was not really disturbing.

Some locations were pleasant for us Parc Chlorophyll and chocolatier Cyril. Of them can be found on the website of La Roche a link. For more adventurous activities I go mountain biking through Brandsport.be with a friend.
Be found within a radius of 6 kilometers from La Roche everything.

We had a wonderful weekend in your beautiful house "Cap Vert".
Everything was comfortable, a sincere compliment!
Lovely spacious living room, dining room - nice sofas / nice big table
Kitchen with inventory outstanding and excellent beds - everyone slept well.
We even sat outside - what a treat such a large covered terrace.


We appreciate the attention to detail and warmth of the house.
The games box [trivia played] - the device [candlesticks / lanterns / lamps etc] - wonderful TV / DVD with good reception :)
the pillows / blankets etc etc.
In short, we have felt very welcome.


Finally - unfortunately a glass lid of the pan cases and was immediately broken.
There were still nasty pieces of glass on the edge so we had to throw it away.
We have no money left for the damage.
I hope you can deduct the deposit.

Our holiday in Cap Vert was more than successful! Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Arriving on Monday afternoon in a fantastic snow scenery. Fun for the kids of course. And the bigger people gladly played with throwing snowballs
 
The house inside was nicely decorated, all amenities were there. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. Many games for the kids and fun for movies as it got dark.
 
We visited the brewery La Chouffe Achouffe, http://www.achouffe.be/nl. How was your tour of 1h15 (or in advance to make an appointment) to 7.50 euros. With tasting and a nice glass included. Also visited a chocolate shop, www.cyrilchocolat.be in Samree. Also very nice and especially ... delicious. Here you can also request a tour, but only on Saturdays. And then a little walk, beautifully cooked and tasty wine will drink, enjoyed the peace and lots of laughs.
 
We will definitely still come back to this nice holiday!

We enjoyed the house and made a note in the guestbook with nothing but praise.
Beautiful large living room neat bedrooms and canoes were great.
 
The only tip is to write down where you can, the gas bottle for outdoor heaters filled more addresses or to set up and can be used. Paid a second full bottle in the house
Now we arrived on Monday and on the shop in the village was until Tuesday (2 days) closed. Wednesday we were gone all day so we did not get filled. 1 day for the bottle
The garden looked fine, nice greenery. Beautiful nature.
 
We have the caves in Hotten and cafes visited in La Roche and this is an enjoyable experience. In rainy weather, the caves worth a visit.
 
We're thinking about booking again for next year, but the house for 2 weeks.
