This former hotel is located on the edge of the forest, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, which has been converted into a luxurious (holiday) residence for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists and gourmets, groups or groups of up to 12 people. ' is located just outside the village of Les Forges, in the province of Liège and is fully equipped.
The holiday accommodation has 5 double rooms and one bedroom for 2 persons (bunk bed). There are 4 bathrooms, all with a walk-in shower, one of which is also equipped with an authentic bathtub on legs. There is a wooden cot in one of the bedrooms. In addition to a large wood-burning stove, the entire building is equipped with central heating.
The spacious kitchen has a large gas stove (6-burner), an oven, a dishwasher and more than enough cooling facilities. Fondue sets, dishes and pans, ample crockery and glassware are available. In addition, the original restaurant of the former hotel has been converted into a cozy dining and living room with a large professional wood oven that is very suitable for making pizzas, baking bread, focaccias, baking cakes, but also for preparing various slow cooking meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
There is a professional cooled pizza work table and there is an authentic Belgian bar with tap installation and refrigerator. In the living room you will find lounge sofas, a music system and a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix. Fast WIFI connection is available throughout the building.

In the garden behind the house, a small stream, ice-cold water flows directly from the Bru source. In this stream you regularly see small trout, which slowly grow up until they are large enough to swim in the river Lienne. There is also a fire pit and a large stone/steel BBQ in the garden. There is a long dining table on the terrace.

From the garden you can walk straight into the vast forest and there is a good chance that you will spot deer, foxes, badgers or wild boars.

Walks can be taken directly from here and children can play. In consultation there is of course also room for sweet dogs (or other pets) in 'LE RêVE DU SANGLIER'.

The common areas are spacious and therefore this holiday residence is very suitable for festive family or group gatherings. In addition, the residence is an attractive place for giving workshops or presentations ('flip chart' available).
Due to the well-equipped kitchen in combination with the original Italian wood-burning oven and the authentic Belgian bar, this holiday residence is a place for cooking enthusiasts and very suitable for giving cooking workshops, cocktail presentations or for the gathering / cooking together of cooking clubs or other culinary groups.
