The decoration in our holiday home grows with the seasons and is therefore adjusted very often.

The holiday home is located in a holiday park with a heated indoor swimming pool, playground, basketball court, football field, tennis field, petanque court, ping pong tables, ... Via a beautiful walking path that departs from the park, you will arrive in the center of Durbuy after a nice walk of 2.5 km .
The forest triangle is a chalet located on the Sunclass Durbuy holiday park. The park has a heated indoor swimming pool, 2 playgrounds, a football field, tennis field, basketball field, petanque field and much more. There is also a child-friendly brasserie with a play corner where you can enjoy a drink or meal. Dogs are also allowed in the brasserie, they even get a bowl of water if you ask for it. Right next to the brasserie is the renovated playground. So as parents you can relax with a drink while the children romp in the playground. HAPPY KIDS = HAPPY PARENTS
The holiday home is centrally located in the park. The cottage is surrounded by trees, making it super quiet and cozy. Via a path that starts from the park you reach Durbuy Adventure in 2.5 km through the woods and Durbuy Center. The chalet itself is 75m2 and has a spacious terrace. We have created a play corner for the kids with some colors, games and toys. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge. Your trump card is also more than welcome here.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
