Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Any booking can be cancelled within 5 days from the booking date.
If cancelled after 5 days, the following cancellation conditions apply
In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day (6 weeks) before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 25% of the rent.
In case of cancellation between the 42nd day (6 weeks) and the 28th day (4 weeks) before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 50% of the rent.
In case of cancellation between the 28th day (4 weeks) and the 3rd day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 80% of the rent.
In case of cancellation on the 2nd day before the start or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rent.

The area provides a beautiful backdrop for nature lovers, walkers and cycling, with countless routes and trails revealing the unspoilt beauty of the Ardennes.

In the vicinity, visitors can enjoy various outdoor activities such as kayaking on the Ourthe, Adventure Valley and in winter even downhill and cross-country skiing at Baraque de Fraiture, and there are numerous attractions in the area, including castles (La Roche-en-Ardenne) and picturesque villages that reflect the rich history and culture of the region (including Durbuy, Weris, Barvaux).
