Apartment Sonnenalp Mountainview, on the sunny side with terrace and beautiful view of the mountains.
The "hot" part of the kitchen, of course, a coffeemaker and a kettle. Also present an oven a separate microwave and fridge freezer.

From the mountain, this is the view. The gondola is 300 m from the apartment.
The four-person gondola takes you to the top of the mountain in Niederau.

The sitting / sofa bed was renewed in 2014 and can easily be folded out into a comfortable 2-person bed (150 cm x 200 cm). There is also a (new) sitting / sleeping armchair (1-person) present, easily foldable.
Haus Sonnenalp in Niederau, a modern, small-scale apartment building, within walking distance of the gondola! Ample parking, front and (limited) behind the building.
New Smart TV (2017) + new DVD player. A second fridge for extra cooling, especially useful in the summer. Look through the kitchen. NEW: hood, oven (with microwave above), ceramic hob (4-burner). Right next to the kitchen modernized toilet / shower room and bedroom.
