The accommodation was delivered at the beginning of January 2019.

Summer // 'Chalet Zillertal Arena XL' is a perfect home for a wonderful summer holiday in the Austrian Alps. The chalet is located in the Zillertal Arena, Königsleiten - Hochkrimml, at over 1650 meters.
From the chalet there are plenty of options for the most beautiful mountain walks. There are plenty of activities in the area, such as a visit to the 'Krimmler waterfalls', the reservoir lake, a visit to the various surrounding villages such as Gerlos, Mayrhofen, Neukirchen, Mittersill and Zell am See.

Winter // 'Chalet Zillertal Arena XL' is the ideal base for a snow-sure winter sports holiday in Königsleiten-Hochkrimml. Centrally located in the enormous area of the Zillertal Arena, Austria, at over 1600 meters. Directly on the Filzsteinbahn quad, with a descent almost to the front door. Ski-in, walk-out. The ski school is close to the alpine chalet and the sports shop for ski and snowboard equipment is also around the corner.

All facilities such as restaurants, lifts, rental etc. are less than 200 meters walking distance from the chalet.
