Haus im Gluck

Our studio is located in an authentic building in the middle of the small cozy village of Krimml. It is very centrally located to shops, swimming pool, tennis court and ski bus stop. Yet it is wonderfully quiet. Our studio is sunny and bright and from the balcony you have a fantastic view of the famous Krimml waterfall. From the room you can look far into the valley or to the waterfall. Our studio was completely renovated in 2018 and furnished with love. Our Tischler has made a lot of custom work and used beautiful materials. We receive many compliments that the space is so beautifully and practically laid out.
In winter this is a wonderful place for winter sports in Hochkrimml, part of the Zillertaler Arena. Ski bus 100m. Also accessible by car in 10 minutes. In the summer you can enjoy fantastic mountain biking, walking, climbing or use all the sports facilities next to our house. (volleyball court, mini golf, swimming pool and tennis court) Every summer we try to make agreements with the municipality and we can then offer this to our guests for free with a fee to the municipality. We have also already paid for you for summer 2023. The swimming pool etc. is free during your stay.
Krimml has traditionally been a health resort. The waterfall has a good effect on health. Our apartment house used to be the annex of a posh hotel where wealthy families from Vienna came to relax around 1900. We think it is very special to create a modern living space in this building and in this location with a touch of old romance.
For us this is a place to relax, enjoy nature and be happy. Welcome to Haus im Glück.
