The house is located in the beautiful Zillertal at an altitude of 750 meters at the junction of the road to Gerlos and Mayrhofen, surrounded by numerous skiing and hiking areas. From your luxurious and spacious apartment you have a magnificent view of the Zillertal and the surrounding mountains. In a few minutes you are in one of the well-known surrounding places such as Zell am Ziller, Mayrhofen, Gerlos or Fügen. Each resort has its own characteristic ski area such as the Zillertal Arena, Hochzillertal, Mayrhofner mountain railways and of course the Hintertux glacier where you can also ski in summer. Above your apartment is a 7 km long toboggan run. The free ski bus, which serves all the main lifts, stops 200 meters from the house. The house is easily accessible by car, even in winter.

In summer, the Zillertal has more than enough opportunities for all kinds of activities such as hiking and climbing in the mountains, rafting, mountain biking, etc. A ride on the steam locomotive of the Zillertalbahn with a "convertible" car is an experience.

For the motorcyclists among us, holiday home Braunhof has a lot to offer. There are beautiful day trips in the area. It starts in front of the door with a number of hairpin bends. When you return, you can safely store your motorcycle in the garage.

The house consists of 3 apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owners. The other apartments can be rented separately or together and are suitable for a total of 14 people.
Separately, apartment Ziller is suitable for max. 6 people and apartment Gerlosstein for max. 8 people. The apartments are all separately accessible with their own entrance in the indoor stairwell.

Apartment Gerlosstein is located on the 1st floor and has a kitchen with sofa and dining area, bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and sink, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. It has a large private terrace with a lounge sofa and a dining table in the summer. It is a spacious apartment of 85m2 with stunning views.

In the summer there is a shared heated swimming pool, for the winter there is a shared heated ski room with shoe heating.

There is parking for up to 3 cars. Free Wi-Fi. Bed linen is included.
