Our house is a cozy holiday home in a beautiful and varied area.
Quietly located in a mountainous and wooded area, close to the crystal clear Achensee. Great hiking area, challenging mountain bike trails and many winter sports options.
In summer and winter, it is excellent for families, sports enthusiasts, tranquility and nature seekers.
The chalet consists of two separate parts, each with its own entrance. The two floors can also be rented separately. See advertisement Q-alm top floor or Q-alm ground floor.
The whole house is suitable for 13 people (max. 10 adults and three children 2-15 years). The entire house is accessible by opening the doors in the stairwell.
Both floors have a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The upper floor has an extra toilet, a beautiful large balcony and a low sleeping loft. In addition to electric heating, both floors also have an Austrian wood stove.
There is ample parking, excellent WIFI reception and a (common) room with washing machine and dryer.
Don't expect luxury, just a cosy, typical Austrian chalet!
Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for wheelchair users.
