The location is ideal for those who want to experience the beauty of this region at any time of the year – be it skiing, cycling or relaxing at one of the picturesque alpine lakes. Train and bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk away.

Grocery stores are open 3 minutes by car from Monday to Saturday.

The shopping centre is 15 km away in Wörgl.

The historic old town of Rattenberg can be reached in 5 minutes and is well worth a visit. (museum, castle, cafes, restaurants, souvenirs, bank, traffik)
You should park your car directly at the property, as the public car park is paid and only 200m away.

Well known and popular in the area, on nice days is the Reintalersee. This is less than a 10-minute drive away, but is very suitable for a short hike of 55 minutes and a bike ride of 17 minutes.

For winter sports enthusiasts, the Alpachtal and Zillertal ski areas are both 20 minutes away.
