Private property, 30 years in the family. The apartment is great for families. It is not a typical holiday house, in fact the house is built for permanent residence, the living area is spacious 60m2. The apartment is located on the first floor. With large sunny balconies (5 and 18 m2) and stunning views of the Wilder Kaiser. Located about 5 minutes walk from the village center on a quiet road.
Entrance hall with access to separate toilet, living room with dining area, separate kitchen equipped with modern cooking appliances, dishwasher, oven / microwave, coffee (Nespresso), tea utensils etc .. The rent includes kitchen towels.
From the living room access to a landing with additional storage space, from the landing access to the spacious bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and bedroom 4 bed, double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bunk (2 x 80 x 190 cm).
The living room has a sofa bed (boxspring quality) for separated sleeping facilities. Ski (and bikes) cellar present, Highchairs and cots are placed on request.
St Johann offers lots of opportunities for skiing, cycling, hiking and climbing activities in the village and the surrounding area. Large indoor and outdoor 500 meters from the house. (Ski) bus stop in front of the door.
Towels are not taken.
On the balcony there is a table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers available.
Within 15 minutes (auto minutes) you are in the following ski resorts:
St. Johann -Oberndorf (5 minutes)
Going / Ellmau - Connection SkiWelt (10 minutes)
Fieberbrunn - Connection Saalbach Hinterklem - (15 minutes)
Kirchberg / Kitzbuhl (10 minutes)

Spacious and sunny living room. With connection to the kitchen (exit) and two balconies. Large windows with magnificent views. The living room couch is very comfortable and easy to build into bed. Sleep on a box spring mattress quality.
The bunk bed is sturdy quality is therefore also suitable for adults. In the living room to create two additional berths by the bank to build up to two bed of 200 x 200 cm
