The corner property is located on the first floor of the apartment complex with three floors.

-Open kitchen with dishwasher, 4 ring induction hob,
Microwave, coffee / senseo,
toaster, blender, egg cooker, juicer etc.
-Bedroom with 2 twin beds and double
- In the living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons.
-Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (hair dryer / hairdryer).
A 6-meter long balcony facing south with
6 luxury patio chairs with cushions. You have the sun all day.
In the basement is the guest this is separate from the apartment. The guesthouse can be reached via the central stairwell.
The layout of the accommodation is as follows:
-Woon/slaapkamer With two single beds.
-Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and kitchen with washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator / freezer, egg cooker, juicer, kettle, steam iron / ironing board.
In the guesthouse there is an intercom / baby monitor for communication with the apartment. Furthermore, TV / DVD and radio / CD player.
Other information: You can rent bed linen € 7, - per bed. You can create your own bedding (duvet, pillow and mattress cover sheet) with you, hand and tea towels, please bring your own. Camping bed with duvet and extra thick mattress (you need bedding for cot carry) and highchair available.

Wat hebben we genoten van deze vakantie en dit geweldige appartement. Het is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien ,heeft heerlijke bedden en is smaakvol ingericht.
De ligging is perfect met op loopafstand het gezellige dorpje Walchsee.Prachtige wandelroutes vanaf het appartement en gezellige plaatsjes in de nabije omgeving. Een aanrader voor ieder die van rust en ruimte houdt.Oostenrijk is hier wonderschoon en we komen graag nog eens terug.
