It has a spaciously equipped open kitchen with an electric hob and oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment also has a dining table with six chairs and a smart TV.
On the second floor there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture.

We love nature and sporting challenges, that is why we have chosen our own place in the Stubai Valley. There we can ski to our heart's content, ski touring, climbing, climbing, running, mountain biking, walking, hiking, paragliding and everything in between. To relax, we like to enjoy good food and drinks on a terrace in Fulpmes or on one of the many alpine pastures in the area. We also like the city, how nice is it that you can reach the great city of Innsbruck within 30 minutes.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he or she must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
