This luxurious and comfortable corner house was completed in July 2021, 350m from the Kreischberg ski area
 It is part of a small-scale Alpine "holiday resort" in the pleasant holiday region of Murau-Kreischberg.

The Kreischberg tourist office, a doctor and a pharmacy are also part of the mini-resort.

Within walking distance you reach the lifts and the slopes (350m), the local bakery with fresh bread (250m) and for the larger appetite and thirst you can go to the restaurant on the corner 150m away
The center of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with its shops and restaurants (600m), can also be easily reached on foot.
The local slow train / steam train stops at about 70m in front of the front door.
Sankt Lorenzen also has a public outdoor swimming pool which is about 500m away. There is also a playground for children here.
For golfers, the golf course is about 2 km away. Everyone can get something to eat and drink in the restaurant all year round. The Kaiserschmarre is definitely recommended.

Please note that pets are only allowed, in consultation, in the summer when there are less than 5 guests in the house.

We, the van Leeuwen - Da Costa Gomez family, opened our newly built house in Kreischberg, Austria, for rental in July 2021. After our 1st visit to the region, in February of 2021, we immediately saw that we would like to come back here more often. The Murtal, in which Kreischberg is located, is a wonderful area with many recreational opportunities and wonderfully relaxed people. We are very happy with our house and hope others can enjoy it too.
