The house can accommodate 1 to 10 people and has 4 bedrooms (2 of which have a balcony) and 2 bathrooms. The large private garden faces south. There is enough space to park your car at the house. And are you coming with an electric car? A (private) charging station is available.
The spacious, bright living room with a comfortable sitting area invites you to read or watch Netflix. The luxury kitchen offers all the possibilities for extensive cooking or raising a glass. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The chalet is very suitable for a family, several couples or a group of friends. The four bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The house also offers every comfort for babies and small children, such as the presence of a baby cot, stair gate and high chair. In addition, you have free access to a washing machine and dryer. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace and large private garden with trampoline. Children can play safely here. The chalet is located in a car-free environment.
From the house you have a view of the ski slope and the mountain tops of both Austria and Italy. The chalet is centrally located in beautiful surroundings. The Aquarena public swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools, a wellness oasis and large sunbathing area is just around the corner. Within about five minutes you can walk to the center of Kötschach-Mauthen. You will find restaurants, three supermarkets and various shops here. The house is located on the ski slopes and the Mauthner Klamm is almost in the backyard.
Kötschach-Mauthen is an ideal environment for winter sports enthusiasts: a small family ski area and yet close, at about 20 minutes, to the top ski area Nassfeld. A free ski bus connects the areas perfectly!
